1. Shipping Locations

Alternative by KJ currently ships to:

  • Spain (Peninsula + Balearic Islands)

  • Europe

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside Europe.

2. Shipping Rates

Our shipping costs are:

  • Spain: 6.50 €

  • Europe: 12.00 €

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

3. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During collection drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Spain: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

These are estimated timelines — delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or customs (where applicable).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Alternative by KJ is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages resulting from address errors made by the customer

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

Alternative by KJ is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Lost packages due to delivery issues outside our control

If your package appears lost, contact us and we will assist you in opening a case with the carrier.

8. Pre-Orders and High-Demand Launches

Processing and delivery times may be extended during:

  • Collection drops

  • Pre-orders

  • Peak seasons

  • Holidays

We will always communicate estimated timelines on the product page when applicable.

9. Duties & Taxes (Europe Only)

Orders shipped within Europe typically do not incur customs duties.

If any duties or taxes apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
